Astrology is the need of the hour, which means one has to view the horoscope only when there is a need. One should not read anyone's horoscope without the prior consent of the native. One should know by interrogation or by other contacts about the caste, sex and whether the person is alive or dead before reading the horoscope. However these rules are excepted for a student of Astrology.
